We provide a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will no longer be valid.
You have the option to wait for an available tech or reschedule.
Cancellations Or Late Appointments
If you can not make it to your appointment or a phone know you will be late, just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We Stand By Our Work
At Contented Nail Parlor, we take pride in our work and strive to make sure things are right the 1st time. There will be no refunds once you leave the salon, however If you are not completely satisfied, return to us within 3 days of service and we will make things right free of charge.
